I just purchased a new minivan from MB Motors and I absolutely love it. I worked with George and he has been amazing. He helped me through every step of detail and is still there for me to reach out to him at anytime if I need assistance, and I have done several times already with questions. I am so grateful for the experience I have had in buying my new vehicle, and have so much comfort in knowing I have a warranty on the Van and have their assistance immediately if it ever needs to be looked at. Wonderful customer service and was able to sell me a car that I wanted. He was not working on the day I did the test drive of the cars but informed me that George would take care of me. George provided excellent service as well and I was extremely satisfied with their professionalism. I’m a satisfied customer.

MB Motors was a pretty good experience for me and my dad. And tbh my dad is not easy to please when it comes to situations where he has to spend money and is dealing with a salesperson. But both he and I liked Wayne Dazey from MB Motors! He was not only helpful, but non-judgmental, candid, and interacted with knowledgeability and a sense of humor. Purchased a 2020 Lexus IS from George site unseen, literally 3000 miles away on the other side of the country. I was kind of hesitant to buy a car so far away that I couldn't put my eyes on in person, but George answered all my questions and sent me all sorts of photos and videos of the car showing that everything feature on it worked properly which put me at ease buying it 3k miles away. Also was kind enough to lay on the ground and send me pictures of the underside of the car when I asked him to. Could have easily told me "no". Sent me all the paperwork to sign electronically from home.... Process couldn't have taken more than an hour in total to do remotely. He answered all my questions that I had about the contract after I read them & before I signed anything. Shay, the title clerk then called me a couple days later to discuss mailing me the title. She had it FedExed to me inside of 3 days with not only the clean title, but filled out all the NJ DMV paperwork I needed to register the car. Literally just had to sign my name on the papers and go to dmv. No issues at all when I registered it as absolutely everything I needed to do it was in the package! Had the car shipped to me in NJ and it's just as he described it to me and I couldn't be happier! I wouldn't have a problem buying another car from him and MB Motors in the future! I recently bought a vehicle from here after driving 5 hours up from Portland. It was a long drive; but Wayne made sure I was comfortable with the car, and he was able to help place a hold on the vehicle so I wouldn’t miss out. All throughout the process Wayne was very personable and a great gentleman to talk to during what was a long signing process. They made you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in and were very generous in the help they gave, as well as such a great deal on a vehicle.
